Report a Concern or Complaint
We welcome all forms of feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our services.
If you have a concern or wish to raise a complaint, please do so via the telephone number or email below, or use the form.
We shall aim to acknowledge your request within one working day of receipt of a valid request and will respond to the complaint within five working days. Should your complaint be related to how we have handled your personal data, while we aim to acknowledge and respond to you within the same timeframe, we may take a little longer if required. The law allows us 30 days to acknowledge your complaint in relation to data protection and obliges us to respond with undue delay.
