Today (5th July 2023) marks 75 years of the National Health Service.
Founded in 1948, the NHS was the first health service to be available to all and free to all. Instigated after the Second World War, at a time of heightened social and welfare attitude, the NHS has provided high-quality and comprehensive healthcare. The NHS today treats over 1.3 million a day – we are not sure what life would be like without the service.
Proclaim Group thanks the midwives who bring us into this world, the porters and cleaners who keep our hospitals running, the general practitioners who we seek out when we are sick, the pharmacists who help with our ailments, all the healthcare professionals, end of life care practitioners and clinicians who care for us in our time of need, and the tens of thousands of other dedicated staff and volunteers.
The service has evolved and adapted to meet changing needs and technological advancements.

In autumn 2020, Hudgell Solicitors (who is looking after over 150 survivors) approached Proclaim Care to investigate the possibility of creating a bespoke programme for those who were badly in need of support.
Today is World Menopause Day (18th October). The day is designed to raise awareness of the menopause and to support options to improve health and well-being for women in mid-life and beyond. Proclaim Group have signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge.
This week we celebrated the first year anniversary of our London Case Management team. The London Team was set-up to provide dedicated case management services for our London and South-East based clients.
Proclaim Group’s Katie Gardner has been awarded Clinical Case Manager of the Year and Proclaim Group has won the Partnership Initiative of the Year with Hudgell Solicitors. It was an excellent day.
