Proclaim Care wins at the CMSUK 2022 Awards

The CMSUK 2022 awards ceremony was held this afternoon in London (23rd September 2022). The awards recognise Case Management excellence throughout the past year.

This year Proclaim Group’s Katie Gardiner has been awarded Clinical Case Manager of the Year and Proclaim Group has won the Partnership Initiative of the Year with Hudgell Solicitors. It was an excellent day.

Judges praised Hudgell Solicitors and Proclaim Care for creating such a life-changing initiative, and for displaying a ‘willingness to find solutions in the absence of funding, alongside the incredible care and commitment shown to a vulnerable group of clients’.

For the award, CMSUK required the entry to demonstrate Katie’s case management skills, evidence of actions when faced with new and untested case management challenges across borders and how she has supported her client’s rehabilitation and return to work capabilities.

Proclaim Care and Hudgell Solicitors have been awarded for their collaborative working to support the rehabilitation of individuals whose route to rehabilitation had ended following a major event five years ago.
