With a month to go to the CMSUK Awards, which recognise Case Management excellence, we are delighted to announce that Katie Gardiner and Proclaim Care in partnership with Hudgell Solicitors have been recognised for their work throughout the past year.
Congratulations to Katie Gardiner, who has been shortlisted for the Clinical Case Manager of the Year award, and to Proclaim Care and Hudgell Solicitors teams, who have been shortlisted for the Partnership Initiative of the Year award.
Katie’s entry evidenced her case management skills, when faced with new and untested case management challenges across borders to support her client’s rehabilitation and back to work.
Proclaim Care and Hudgell Solicitors have been recognised for collaborative working to support the rehabilitation of individuals, whose route to rehabilitation had ended following a major event five years ago.
Winners will be announced at the CMSUK Celebration and Awards lunch at the end of September.
