We are delighted to announce the formal launch of our London Team; a specialist team of rehabilitation case managers dedicated to working with the London market.
Speaking at the launch event in London today, Commercial Director, Neil Irwin explains:
“The Proclaim Care London Team is being created to bring transformational rehabilitation case management working practices and deliver market leading outcomes for clients. As well as featuring gold standard case management practices, this new and innovative model is tailored to meet the needs of the London market and includes a greater degree of multi/inter-disciplinary working and customer interaction to optimise client outcomes.”

There are exciting opportunities for experienced London-based rehabilitation case managers to join this growing team. If you are a HCPC/NMC registered occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist or psychologist with a background in case managing clients with brain injury, amputations, complex orthopaedic conditions and/or vocational needs, we want to hear from you.
