Proclaim Group appoints Neil Irwin as new Commercial Director

This is a key appointment for the company. Neil brings to the board a wealth of technical and business experience gained in the rehabilitation and insurance sectors over a number of years. He enjoys a well-earned reputation for customer relationships and innovative solutions.
