We are delighted that Proclaim Care won Rehabilitation Company of the year 2019 and Adam Dobson received a highly commended in the category Case Manager Supporter of the Year 2019, at the recent CMSUK Awards Ceremony.
We have had success at this years Case Managers Society UK Awards 2019 – Proclaim Care won Rehabilitation Company of the Year 2019.
We also had success in the individual awards – Adam Dobson was highly commended for Case Manager Supporter of the Year 2019.

In 2018, Proclaim Care’s Wendy Hopps was named Clinical Case Manager of the Year, with Michaela Nisbet being awarded Case Manager Supporter of the Year.

The Case Management Society UK (CMSUK) is a non-profit association of registered case managers. We promote quality case management provision and support the individual and collective development of case management throughout the United Kingdom including Wales and Scotland.
