Walk500 Challenge has been an outstanding success to keep our people and our customers, our suppliers physically and mentally strong during lockdown.
A huge thank you to all those of you who have taken part and created some amazing memories over the last ten weeks. We have raised a fantastic £6,280.23 (inc. gift aid).
Here are some facts and figures to close the event:

Total miles walked: 32,486.34 which is the equivalent of:
- Walking round the circumference of the moon three times
- Walking round the equatorial circumference of the world and part of the way back again
- Walking the entire area of Scotland including the islands
- Walking from Land’s End to John O’Groats and back again 26 times
- Completing 1,249 marathons
- Burning 3.25million calories
