Obair Associates is an independent occupational therapy & vocational rehabilitation company, committed to, and well recognised for, our expertise in delivering quality, innovative and evidence-based evaluation & intervention services. Our services are aimed at addressing barriers to engagement in occupation and in particular employment. 

Obair delivers services in the Personal injury, Occupational Health and Life Insurance markets across the UK. Our customer base is growing, and we are seeking Associates to support our expansion. We are interested in hearing from independent occupational therapists who have proven skills in evidence-based evaluation and interventions, aimed at identifying and improving occupational wellbeing in ADL and work.    

Our competency framework ensures you get the clinical support and remuneration commensurate with your knowledge and skills. We offer on-going support and training to develop your expertise.  A unique aspect of working with Obair is that we offer training, which can assist Associates to upskill to deliver our services.

We would very much like to hear from you if you have expertise in:

• Assessing function for work, and providing advice and services to facilitate a safe & sustained return to work. 
• Hand & upper limb evaluation and rehabilitation. 
• The objective evaluation of physical, cognitive, and psychological function.
• The critical evaluation of evidence gathered during evaluations and the use of sound clinical reasoning to support an action plan and recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
