Proclaim Group experiences empowering night at The Be Ladder Awards

Proclaim Group News Article

What an amazing night of inspiration was had by all who attended last night’s (16th October 2025)inaugural Be The Ladder Awards celebration. A fantastic venue, delicious food, fabulous company and excellent music courtesy of Rio Sterling and his fabulous bandmates.

A special thanks to Dr Trevor Sterling and his team who have created an empowering movement of #BeTheLadder which will be felt for generations to come. Congratulations to all the nominees and finalists – your stories were all truly motivational and inspired us to look at what we can do to Be The Ladder.

The awards aim is to showcase both individuals and organisations that exemplify the essence of being a ‘ladder’. Those that actively contribute to the success of others, particularly in challenging circumstances.

The Be The Ladder Awards are a fundraiser for the Be The Ladder Foundation. The Be The Ladder Foundation supports young individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds, providing resources to help children realise their potential. The foundation provides school uniforms, educational equipment and tuition support.
