Proclaim Group, Proclaim Care News Article
Last Thursday (14th November 2024), saw the second annual update to our Functional Neurological Disorder Service.
The event was attended by both claimant and defendant sides of the insurance industry. The session was held at Aviation House in central London.
Throughout the last year we have continuously improved the service and created what we believe to be a ground-breaking FND pathway which benefits all involved in the rehabilitation journey post injury.
Flora McMullon (FND Service Lead) of Proclaim Care, with Dr Mike Dilley of Brain & Mind, discussed the key learnings from the past twelve months. They also addressed some of the most challenging and contentious views on FND.
We were delighted to have Kevin, an FND Pathway service user join us and share details of his FND rehabilitation journey, bringing to life the realities of the FND condition.
Andy Wilson of Proclaim Care, Business Development Manager, said:
“We were delighted to host clients recently at our FND update in partnership with Brain & Mind. The importance of proactive rehabilitation was highlighted by Kevin who spoke of his rehabilitation he has received to allow him to progress in life with FND.”
