Today’s awards celebrate ‘Impossible is Possible’ and applauds the invaluable work that Rehabilitation Case Managers and partners accomplish in a demanding and constantly changing industry.
Martin Perry is providing this year’s keynote speech presentation of the awards. He is a table tennis player for the Great Britain Paralympics Team and has overcome an impossibility in his own life through his passion for sport. Martin played a number of sports before being introduced to table tennis in 2011 at a Scottish Disability Sport summer camp.
Proclaim Care and AIG have been shortlisted for the Partnership of the Year Award.
Proclaim Care have also been shortlisted for Rehabilitation Innovation of the Year and Large Case Management Company of the Year Award.
