We are delighted to welcome Helen Ovans to Proclaim Group. Helen joins as Head of Operations of Proclaim Care and the employment of this role marks a significant point in our growth journey.
Helen is an Occupational Therapist and has been in Case Management for over 15 years supporting both children and adults with complex needs. She has provided mentoring across a range of complex litigation and rehabilitation instructions working closely with skilled clinicians and professionals and has a strong background in service development delivering excellence for clients and customers.
Helen is passionate about people, development, and best practice. With Helen’s extensive clinical experience and leadership skills she is perfectly placed to lead our operational teams moving forward.
